Welcome to MyHealth, a home healthcare service app that provides professional Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Caregiver services at your doorstep. By downloading, accessing, or using the MyHealth mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MyHealth app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app or our services.

2. Services Provided
  • MyHealth provides home healthcare services, including:
  • Nursing support at home
  • Physiotherapy sessions at home
  • Caregiver services for patients or elderly individuals

These services are provided by verified and trained professionals under the supervision of MyHealth management.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. If you are using the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their consent to do so.

4. Booking and Payments
  • All bookings are subject to availability of service providers.
  • Payment must be made through approved methods mentioned in the app.
  • MyHealth reserves the right to modify pricing or cancel bookings in case of unavoidable circumstances.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Users may cancel a booking within a specified time (as mentioned in the app).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to MyHealth’s internal refund policy.
  • No refunds will be provided after services are delivered.
 
6. User Responsibilities
  • You agree to:
  • Provide accurate personal and health information.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the visiting healthcare professional.
  • Not misuse the app or its services in any way.
7. Limitation of Liability

MyHealth acts as a platform connecting users with certified healthcare professionals.
While we ensure quality service, MyHealth is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect injury, loss, or damage arising from service use.
  • Misconduct or negligence by third-party service providers.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

MyHealth respects your privacy. All personal data collected is used only for providing and improving services. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy (linked separately on the Play Store).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and software in the app are owned by MyHealth. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

MyHealth reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
